About Talenteria LLC
Talenteria is a next-generation career site and recruitment marketing platform that helps employers attract, engage, and hire top talent. We combine innovative technology, data-driven insights, and exceptional user experience to transform how companies build their employer brand and manage their talent pipelines. As a fast-growing SaaS company, we value initiative, ownership, and collaboration, and we are looking for ambitious people who want to make a tangible impact in the HR-tech space.
Role Overview: Senior Marketing Responsible
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Responsible to lead the strategic planning and execution of Talenteria’s global marketing efforts. In this senior role, you will own our marketing roadmap end-to-end: from defining positioning and go-to-market strategies to driving demand generation, product marketing, content, and digital campaigns that fuel growth. You will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, comfortable working in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment and collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
What You’ll Be Working On
You will design and drive a cohesive marketing strategy that strengthens Talenteria’s brand in the HR-tech market, generates high-quality leads, and supports customer acquisition and retention. This includes building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships), elevating our product messaging and positioning, managing our online presence and marketing operations, and using analytics to continually refine performance. You will also play a key role in shaping the marketing team’s structure, processes, and tools as we scale.
Who You Are
You are an experienced B2B SaaS marketer with a strong track record in demand generation and brand building, ideally within HR-tech, recruitment marketing, or related domains. You thrive in a role that blends strategy with execution, enjoy owning ambitious targets, and can confidently prioritize in a dynamic environment. You’re data-driven, customer-centric, and comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders. You are ready to take responsibility for the full marketing function and act as a key growth driver for the company.
Why Join Talenteria?
At Talenteria, you will join a product-focused, innovation-driven company operating at the intersection of HR and technology. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to shape our marketing strategy from the ground up, directly influencing pipeline, revenue, and brand perception across global markets. We offer a collaborative and supportive culture, flexible work arrangements, and the opportunity to grow your career alongside the company’s expansion. You will work with a passionate, international team that values transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
How to Apply
If you are excited about owning the marketing agenda for a growing HR-tech SaaS company, we would like to hear from you. Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your most impactful B2B marketing achievements and examples of campaigns or initiatives you have led that are relevant to Talenteria’s business. Include any portfolio links, campaign summaries, or performance highlights that demonstrate your ability to deliver measurable results. Selected candidates will be invited to an initial interview followed by a case-based discussion on our marketing challenges and opportunities.
